The Encore Staff consists of Patti Williams, Kristen Snell and Valerie Boyd. They come from different professional backgrounds and each have years of experience leading and supporting families through the journey of memory loss, and coaching them through their changing worlds. They work together to provide all the aspects of care needed when a family gets a diagnosis of dementia. You will most likely speak with Kristen when you call to see if your loved one qualifies to be an Encore participant. When your family member comes to Encore, he or she will spend the day engaged in activities and programs prepared by Patti for Encore participants. You and anyone in your family can participate in one of our excellent support groups, which are led by Valerie for families of both Encore participants and others in the community caring for loved ones living with Alzheimer’s and other dementias.

The Encore Staff is here to be a resource for you as you navigate a new diagnosis and face new challenges, while helping you find moments of joy in the process. Your world may change, but you do not have to face it alone. We are in this with you!
